If you are a pro-democracy woman currently serving in elected office, Women’s Democracy Lab is a multiracial community of systems-change leaders built to support your growth, safety, sustainability, and long-term impact.

We move beyond partisanship to center shared principles: equity, dignity, inclusion, trust, and accountable governance.

We understand the unique pressures and safety challenges that come with public leadership  and the reality that service does not exist apart from the rest of your life.

WDL provides a trusted, members-only space to learn, exhale, and strategize alongside peers who understand the demands of serving while sustaining your well-being, your relationships, your ambitions, and your life beyond the office. We are here to build community together.

You will connect across states, strengthen your leadership, and build lasting relationships with women walking a similar path.
