Movement Advancement Project (MAP) is an independent nonprofit think tank that synthesizes research information into easily accessible resources, such as public education campaigns, multimedia content, graphics, and media outreach, in order to speed access to equality and opportunity for all.
One such resource is an interactive map, linked here, which offers information on state-specific laws protecting election officials against threats. This interactive map model can also be used to view data based on other election-day-specific issues like voter registration and Native American voting protections.
MAP also has interactive equality maps to visualize data on issues like LGBTQIA+ rights and hate crime laws.
