Muthoni Wambu Kraal is Co-Founder and Executive Director of Women's Democracy Lab  and a veteran political strategist, organizer, and trainer. She has served as a senior level advisor and trainer to seasoned and aspiring political leaders and parties, both in the U.S.and internationally, across her three-decade career in politics.

Delegate Irene Shin serves in the Virginia House of Delegates representing the 8th District. She is a seasoned nonprofit executive, strategist, facilitator, and community organizer. She is the first Korean American woman elected to the Virginia state legislature and currently chairs the Virginia Asian American Pacific Islander caucus.
